Register a new CC

Requirements to open a CC through us:

1. Have access to the internet with an email address that you can check regularly
2. Have access to a
printer

The Law requires ALL CCs in South Africa to appoint an Accounting Officer. Your CC will need an Accounting Officer Appointment letter and we can help

  • If you are based in Johannesburg or the East, West, North and South Rand we can appoint our Jburg Accountant  free of charge (or you can choose to appoint your own Accountant too)
  • If you are based in Pretoria we can appoint our Pretoria Accountant free of charge (or you can choose to appoint your own Accountant  too)
  • If you are based in Cape Town we can appoint our Cape Town Accountant free of charge (or you can choose to appoint your own Accountant too)
  • If you are based anywhere else in South Africa we can send you a list of Accounting Officers in your town or city for you to appoint your own (if you do not know one already), OR you may choose that we just appoint a random Gauteng Accountant for now (which you may amend at a later stage to one in your town or city if required)

4. Speed post a signed document (that gets prepared by us) registered mail to us
5. Pay a fee of R100 for name reservation and then R590 to complete CC registration - this includes all Revenue Stamps and fees (Total amount R690). If you pay by Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) the full amount of R 690 is payable at once.

If you can answer YES to all the above points, you are on your way in having your brand new CC! Our process is the correct way to register a new South African CC, and the CC will truly belong to you after registration and be completely independent.

TO REGISTER YOUR CC COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING 2 EASY STEPS:

Step 1: Complete and submit the following form


After Completing the form ensure that you submit it to us by clicking on the "Click here to submit" button above

Step 2:
Pay R690 into our bank account - reference: Your surname and contact number  (If you only require a name reservation with the DTI pay R100 in - the remaining R590 should be paid within 2 weeks after successful name reservation in order to complete the registration on time) Direct deposits or Internet Transfers. We can only continue with name reservation once at least R100 is paid, and with full registration once the outstanding R590 is settled. You may also pay the full R690 to speed things up. PLEASE FAX PROOF OF PAYMENT TO

We will contact you via email regarding your CC name reservation after payment is received. After successful name reservation (which can be verified with CIPRO) we will register your CC. We will issue an invoice and receipt to your new CC once your CC has been registered.
